Experience.
With a shared purpose.

Luxury heritage relationships, investment discipline and practical operating experience. Three complementary perspectives on the same long-term ambition.

01

Jamie Hackett

Founding Partner

Heritage relationships
Origination & brand stewardship

A career built around the people and houses behind British bespoke.

Before founding Sanctuary Partners, Jamie spent twelve years, from 2013 to 2025, building and running a private luxury advisory practice. Operating entirely by referral, he connected an international clientele, including royal households and discerning private clients, with Britain’s and Europe’s leading bespoke artisans and heritage tailoring houses.

Across fifteen years in the industry, initially as a private client and then as an adviser, Jamie built a personal network of artisans and general managers in British luxury retail. The practice’s focus evolved from client-side sourcing to advising the houses themselves on the customer journey, as well as helping founding families consider approaches from private equity firms and other suitors.

At Sanctuary Partners, Jamie leads origination, investment assessment and engagement with founding families and management teams on long-term ownership and brand stewardship.

Beyond the business: bespoke and artisanal craft, motorsport and horology.

Chief Operating Officer

Practical operations
Business growth & execution

An investor’s perspective. A practical approach to building businesses.

Andrew is an investor and business operator with experience across alternative investments, operational management and business growth. He began his career as an Investment Analyst at Kedge Capital, working across investment research, portfolio analysis and the assessment of alternative investment opportunities.

He later joined his family’s third-generation petrol station business, Garner Group, established in the 1960s. As a shareholder and Chief Operating Officer, he was involved in day-to-day operations, acquisitions and strategy through to the eventual sale of the group’s petrol station portfolio.

That background gives Andrew a practical understanding of businesses from both financial and operational perspectives, particularly around growth and working with management teams.

Beyond the business: more than ten years of semi-professional rugby, shaping an approach to leadership, teamwork and resilience.
